Golden State Warriors Art: David Lee

It may not be the most exciting pic of Golden State Warriors forward David Lee, but in order to get the visuals I needed for a new sign design, I needed to draw his upper body and face. After I finished his jersey, I decided to complete the drawing by including his shoes, the background, and of course, the new logo. We're less than 5 days away from GSoM Night 9 and I couldn't be more excited. Heck, I even requested the day off! See you guys opening night!

Hey Tony when is GSOM going to be updated with our new look? Our season starts Wednesday. Its way past due, i’m ready for my favorite website to finally be updated with our yellow and royal blue and leave the orange and dark blue in the past.

Honestly...

I don’t know, my day jobs been real hectic as of late and branding a new look is tougher than I thought. Lotta cool ideas, nothing concrete. I think of it just about every day lol.

alot of us would be happy just for a minor change with our new colors and a new logo but I can understand if your busy.

Great drawing, however I would have put him in a more dynamic pose. He looks like a goof with his shoulders slouched down.

Yea, I’m actually working on an opening night sign to bring to the game… I just wanted to draw his head and the front of his jersey but ended up drawing everything else. The next drawings are gonna be much more exciting. This one makes it look like he just got done getting some lovin’ lol.

The Warriors ripped off the Knicks in getting David Lee.

Lee looks on track to have a huge year and become an all-star again.

…but Lee is killin’ it with rebounds in my season! I hope we can see that in real life!
