Over $100 million dollars invested in this one “campaign.” Would he allow a trade exemption to expire?

Probably not but the trouble with guys like this is they only want the new toy for a short time then they lose interest. If he was a real sailor he wouldn’t need a basketball team would he? or a private jet?? I’d rather have an owner like Franklin Mieuli who has a lasting and true interest in the sport.

Owning a team as an investment or owning a team as a fan are two different things and a lifelong basketball fan and a jump at the new shiny object fan are two different animals too. We don’t really know what we’ll get ? Ted Turner pulled it off pretty well but he’s probably an exception? Does Cuban have all these other hobby interests besides basketball?
