RECAP: Golden State Warriors 116, San Antonio Spurs 147 - No, NO, and NOOOOOO!!!

NOOOOO!!! I couldn't score for jack today!
NOOOOO!!! I don't get to the play the Warriors every night!
NOOOOO!!! I don't get to the play the Warriors every night! (I wonder how many of these I can do)
NOOOOO!!! I don't get to the play the Warriors every night! (You don't even know who this is)
NOOOOO!!! I don't get to the play the Warriors every night! (Maybe the media would get off my...)
NOOOOO!!! We can't win even though I score 39 points! (go figure...)
NOOOOOO!! I'm still considered in every trade proposal on GSoM!
and one final one for good measure...

Reggie Williams. Maybe not for last night's performance (who can you REALLY give this too? 39 points mean nothing when we lose by 30) but more for RW's hustle and hard work during his 10 days performance. I hope ya go out with a bang tonight.

I think losing to Clip Show at home by 25 was the worst.
Nellie needs to go! but while we suffer....John Wall or Evan Turner please!
We lost by 28 actually against the Clips
The Clips game we had a relatively healthy roster, but still stunk it up big time.
Honestly, we had no business winning in San Antonio, it’s a scheduled loss. Though this was a full game of garbage time, I still can’t decide which one was worst.
So let me get this straight... Maggette is the healthy guy.

Exactly my point, we had a healthy roster, and were at home against a bad team and we got blown out. We went in there this game with 8 guys, against one of the best teams in the league, and we got blown out. Different circumstances.
Nellie needs to go! but while we suffer....John Wall or Evan Turner please!
yep
as soon as i saw that poll that clips game was the first to come to mind
This is my city Oakland, California just to be exact il tell you where its at. Pick up a globe pick up a map see San Francisco cross the water right there exact....

Good Recap...
for a horrible game. There’s really not much to analyze or talk about here.
As Badly Browned astutely noted above:
Honestly, we had no business winning in San Antonio, it’s a scheduled loss.

Is this what Skeptic
would refer to as “well-executed tanking”?
xanthan: "Sabean is going to get 2 year extensions for the rest of our lives. We just need to deal with that realization."
Missing Barry: "If I deal with that realization and the realization that Cohan is never going to sell the Warriors….well, for my own health, I’m not going to acknowledge those things."
Yup
Maggette (aka Tank Commander aka Bad Porn) helped lead the way to this massive tank fest.
So let me get this straight... Maggette is the healthy guy.

by scoring 30 points in 30 minutes?
I doubt he was the problem. The problem was we had no bigs, and they got in foul trouble, and the spurs are a very good team. Theres no one to really blame for this loss, it just happened.
Nellie needs to go! but while we suffer....John Wall or Evan Turner please!
Guess I should have clarified
Maggette at the 4 is Bad Porn. Maggette at the 5 is definitely Tank Commanding.
Yes, part of the reason is that our bigs are injured, and yes we still would have lost without Maggette. However, past experience has shown that Maggette’s style of play cannot contribute in crunch time, and when allowed he becomes nothing but an offensive black hole. In the brief time we had both Beans and Turiaf, we actually played Maggette at the 3 and he did well in the role. The fact is that when Maggette is in the front court, he becomes the 120mm cannon the the GSW Tank.
So let me get this straight... Maggette is the healthy guy.

Nothing that coulda been done here
Honestly, even if Curry was playing what could he have done. Stop the Spurs from scoring 30 of their points with his amazing interior defense?
