If he keeps his head straight I'd love him

If his head is straight we have to keep in shape and control his foul issues which is awful right now. He has a lot of work to do and high bust potential but he might end up being great in the post

We all love the Warriors..
We all hate Cohan as an owner of this franchise…

I’ve been following many of this NCAA games and I think he’s a legit post player who will do well in the next level. In terms of talent, he’s one of the best and I just hope he can somehow fit into Nellie’s system.

If the draft were today I'd still take Favors over Cousins

but in my mind they’re so close that it really doesn’t matter to me which guy we would take.

Well...

Thats nice to see that Cousins can hold it together but the true measure of his poise and temperment will be when things aren’t going his way (bad calls, poor performance) and the team is losing games, then you’ll see the real player. Kentucky’s team is the cream of college basketball, its easier to hold it together when your winning…

Not so easy after the 5th elbow to the chops.

we should just forget all of his past problems? That’s "silly".

Haha, What past problems? He don’t have a past yet to have any problems in? He’s only a freshman. He’s just makin his past as we speak .

Lights please, lights please, turn off the lights.

I just worry Cousins will turn into the next Zach Randolph. He is a fantastic scorer in the post and he devours rebounds… but I swear I’ve never seen him pass the ball once he gets it down low.

I don’t know. There are worse things, I guess.

Did Morrow get ejected???

He also defends the rim / blocks shots, unlike Z-Bo. And he’s 2- 3 inches taller than Z-Bo, with a much longer wingspan.

I could live with a 6-11, interior defending version of Z-Bo, if it came to it.

There will be no extra point!

Especially if he came with the crazy fire of a young RonRon

I remember Stephen Jackson trying to be good during the Warriors' Playoffs

He tried holding his teammates back during a confrontation when Devin Harris and Jason Terry tried to start something with Baron Davis.

He also ran off the court during another confrontation, this time during the Warriors/Jazz series.

It’s easy to be good once in a while, but if you really are a head case it might be hard to change it. Stephen Jackson was such a “trouble maker” in Indiana, but then he changed himself in Golden State, got the captain role, and fans still eventually started to hate on him. The same thing could happen to Cousins (well not the same exact situation. but attitude problems could have a big affect).

mmkay, done with Stephen Jackson reference/comparison.

That doesn’t mean he is or isn’t a head case. Just cause he kept his cool that time. I mean he knows the whole damn world is watching. Things change when people suddenly become millionaires in the NBA. He won’t have to be on his best behavior anymore. We’ll see. If he
