I would like to take this opportunity to say...
…how extremely angry I am for the Warriors winning last night. they could not have had more opportunities to lose inconspicuously. This is exactly the kind of idiocy that has led to the warriors notoriously awful drafts for the past dozen+ years (sans curry…and maybe monta…)

I think if we don’t get wall, turner, or cousins, we are significantly less likely to get a meaningful draft pick. even if favors turns out to be good, he’s definitely a super-skinny PF with an unpolished game, which we have plenty of already.

If you think about it, Curry would have had a 20-5-5 season if he hadn’t played alongside Monta. Not saying that Monta is a bad thing, but Evans hasn’t played with another ball dominant guard besides Martin, who only played like 20 games with Evans. I’m just saying this because all the Kings fans talk about is 20-5-5 like no other rookie was capable of doing it, when in reality Curry could have had a 23-7-5 season if he didn’t play with another ball handling guard. Evans initiates pretty much everything, so he gets to decide if he wants to shoot or not, when Curry sometimes has to let Monta handle because Nellie says so.

Curry’s shooting was horrible from summer league into the season, it didn’t really show up until January.

Monta missed like 20 games. Turiaf missed a bunch. Watson missed a few. Morrow missed a few. Biedrins missed a lot. Azubuike missed almost the whole year. Randolph missed half the year or more. Wright never played this year.
Here’s a stat: Randolph, Wright, Biedrins, Azubuike and Bell played 81 games out of a possible 400.

Yep!
Just like Kenny Smith said, “He’s leading a playoff team and he will win ROY.” Ernie Johnson: “But he does have Andrew Bogut to dish it too.” Smith: “Yeah, but Jennings is the leader of that team.” lol yeah right.
One could argue that he’s not even the best point guard on his team right now.

what happens if we all finish with the same record (with wiz and kings)? whats the tie breaker?
(its sad, while most teams are concerned with how other teams are doing for playoff seedings, we are worried about picks 3 – 5). Story of our lives.

Haha. Once again … for lottery combos, there is no tiebreaker. The tied teams simply pool their combos and divvy them up equally. If we wind up in three-way tie for the third-worst record w/ the Wiz and Queens, we’ll have:
A 12% shot each at the #1 pick
A 12% shot each at the #2 pick
A 13% shot each at the #3 pick
(Roughly.)
After the lotto, the order of selection among any tied teams is decided by coin flip.

I dunno, to me the truly “sad” thing is to be stuck in #7-14 lottery limbo, where the Warriors have so often found themselves. The true bottom-feeder zone, wherein you start to have a better-than-even shot at the top 3 players, is actually pretty exciting. And to think we had a death-grip on the #3 worst seed — which would have given us a 70% shot at either Wall, Turner, Cousins or Favors — till that stupid win v. OKC…
