agree 100%
+1, can’t pass up on wes johnson…not now. If this was the real draft i’d be jumping in front of my TV set.
Wesley Johnson is a no brainer. I hope we get him.
Although I wished we also had a late lotto pick so we can pick Hassan Whiteside. Whiteside’s going to be the steal of the draft (it will take 2-3 years for him to develop, though), but he would be a bad pick at #6 if Wesley Johnson is still available.

Udoh
He brings rebounding and shot-blocking and intensity. Was great for Baylor in the tourney.
Seriously
More Jeremy Lin?
"I tell him straight, 'If you're going to lead, you have to be the first to practice. You have to come in, get your work down and be prepared for practice,' " assistant coach Keith Smart said. "He needs to figure out why he is having stomach problems and he's got to watch how LeBron (James), Kobe (Bryant) and D-Wade (Dwyane Wade) work. He needs to mimic that if he wants his teammates to speak volumes about him." -Keith Smart on Motna Ellis
He was a no-show for opening day of Summer Pro-Am on Tuesday. Unforgivable offense. His team only had six guys in uniform.
Probably working out in DC. I heard he’s still in the mix for the Wizards at #1.
There will be no extra point!

I’m so confused. I should probably just stay out of conversations where I don’t know what we’re talking about to begin with.

I have been over at SacTown agreeing with everyone who hates Cousins and talking up Monroe's charms...
…but not sure that will do the trick.

Not sure I understand why the Kings did this trade, unless they aren’t going to draft a center. I never understand the King’s trades. I thought giving up Kevin Martin was kind of dumb too.
Well, in this case, Nocioni and Hawes aren’t very good, and they shed salary quicker. Seems to make sense to me.

Ok…for financial reasons it makes sense, but for Dalembert simply because of his merit as a player, it doesn’t.
I’d rather have Dalembert over Nocioni and Hawes….

Asian Bias
I am an Asian man from Sunnyvale and I know I have to be the one to say this. This blogs “commissioners” if you will have a very glaring bias towards Asian fans and players. As very evident of the unnecessary inclusion of Jeremy Lin in the pic above. Just as Yao Ming nearly had enough votes to start for this years all star team. Our race has a bandwagon mentality and we will not stop being looked at as weak until we are open to relations with other races.

I thought the picture was kind of a funny joke making fun of all the popularity Lin was getting around here. Maybe that’s just me….

Joke?
PoorMan’sCommish was the #1 hypeman for Jeremy Lin. It was some sort of obsession
Our race has a bandwagon mentality and we will not stop being looked at as weak until we are open to relations with other races.
Meh. Perpetuating tired clichés like “bandwagon mentality” and implying that Asians are more closed off than other races probably doesn’t do a lot to help the cause. I personally don’t know anyone who thinks of the Asian “race” as weak.
PMC was obviously just having fun. Nowhere did he mention race. Chill out a little?

As far back as I can remember...
The push for the Asian players has always been in jest. Well, except for Yao and Yi, but I would have welcomed those guys anyway.

I haven't seen any asian bias on this site
Asian bias?? Isn’t Lin a local guy? I don’t know what you are talking about dude. I didn’t even notice that the other guy was asian until you pointed it out. I thought it was a picture of Monroe.
I guess I can’t really relate because I’m white, but as far as the Warriors pick goes I’m hoping that he’s not white. The Warriors last few white draft picks haven’t done so well. Dunleavy, Rocky, Biedrins (maybe ok), Fuller. (Disclaimer: I’m saying this tongue and cheek and this is not meant to be any REAL kind of analysis) See how faulty any kind of race analysis becomes?
How can you forget the great Jiri Welsch?!

LMAO Jeremy Lin
Everyone was on this guys dick, especially PoorMan’sCommish.
HAHAHAHA
Fool was talking about him getting drafted, it was NEVER gonna happen.
Good call PoorMan’sCommish
Sooo the Kings just got Dalembert. I hope that’s a sign for drafting Monroe. Cousins, please drop to #6.
In this order:
Wesley Johnson
Ekpe Udoh
Al-Farouq Aminu
Xavier Henry
