Well there’s a surprise…

"It's like Will Smith, remember the Fresh Prince? Get the ball don't let nobody else shoot? That's kinda what the offense can be sometimes, and they're just standing around waiting for Monta to make a play"

Hmm…I recall someone said that about Steph too. Bobby Knight I think?

yes

But, he certainly doesn’t have the basketball credibility that Larry Riley has.

Whatever Sabean thinks about the IQ of the average baseball fan, you just proved him right.

“Are you paying attention Sacramento?” “What, why am I yelling really loud in your direction when I say good things about Monroe?”

Monroe is Petrie's boy!!!

Set a record by getting banned for the 8th time!
After rehab I saw the light and promise to be kinder and gentler!
Probation is a very slippery slope!

feeling torn these days

Before, I was an anti-Monroe man – but given his attitude, poise, and potential – I feel better about him. Plus, he’s young and has big shoulders, which suggests he will fill out and become a better rebounder and post player. Could he be a Tim Duncan type in a few years?
Before, I was super high on Cousins, now, as each day passes, less so. I worry with Cousins that he won’t get much better than who he is now. I worry about him being a head case on a team with headcases, I worry about him not “wanting” to be a warrior – even though its silly.
Monroe seems to have more upside and better bball IQ. Plus, with a team loaded with guys who prefer to shoot, Curry and Monroe could improve our ball movement and shot selection.
Of course, the likely hood that both are gone at 6 is realistic – maybe we get Johnson after all?
