and i don’t think you’ve watched lee play. he’s a hustle guy and far from soft. He’s also pretty damn athletic, go youtube the 2001 McDOnalds all star dunk contest. He’s not blow-your-mind athletic, but he’s pretty fly for a white guy (SEE WHAT I DID THERE)

people on this site are hilarious. Lee is not THAT great – neither is AR or neither will AR ever be. Its a trade that improves us for the short term, and if we add a decent SF then we might have something.
Lee is not our savior nor is he the end to our demise.

they’ve pulled some shrewd moves and non moves during the short time they’ve reigned. i feel good about this trade though it’s hard to see randolph go. Randolph is like the problem child who aces every intelligence test but can’t seem to do his homework or follow class rules. An underrated genius, maybe, but in the famous (paraphrased) words of JD Salinger, what’s the point of potential if you don’t do anything with it? (Referring to Catcher in the Rye)

On the fence on this one.
I think Lee is a very nice fit for this team, but that’s a lot of money for one guy. Especially with 2 large contracts on this bad team already. I think the x factor here is Monta. We finally add a veteran presence in the post, so he needs to shut up and play team basketball. I think after seeing that Curry is a ball player and now the addition of Lee he might be back on board with GS.
9 per for a center is hardly considered big.
13 for a 4 who averaged 20/11 is a good deal, especially when many experts think of him as a better choice than other available 4’s, including bosh and stoudemaire.
12 for an undersized 2 is a bit too much but not as retareded as say, 16 per for Rudy Gay.
Our contracts are significant but not bad, much better than the free money being doled around this season

1) How many minutes will Lee play at center? Is anyone here dumb enough to defend that reality?
2) We had a need for a SF, and we just traded our projected starting SF. Does anyone want to tell me that is a good thing?
Forget that Lee is better than AR. That’s not important. The Ws still suck, and they’ve just made their roster even more imbalanced.
