Continuing a long tradition of senseless, self-promoting rosterbating here on GSoM. Enjoy....
So, seems most of our rosterbation this summer has centered around trying to get AI from Philly. Assuming, strictly for the sake of making this trade proposal relevant, that Philly eventually decides A) to trade AI and B) that they decide they're in rebuilding mode and want to dump salary and acquire young, cheap players.
Philly sends AI to GS and Brand to Indiana
Philly gets $27.2 M in expirings (VladRad and BWright from GS, Ford , Hibbert and Foster from Indy) two of those players being young with upside, and we throw in Udoh. That's 3 young big men and something like $65M in cap relief for Philly.
GS gives up two back up bigs and an expiring for a cornerstone player
Indy gets the big man Granger desires (well, a big man, maybe not the big man) and only has to give up two expirings and one young big. Maybe they don't even have to throw in Hibbert, numbers at least work without him.
Trade 2: either http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=24yg74o
Either way, we use Gadz's contract to offer a little extra cap relief. If Indy throws in Hibbert, I'd say do the Gadz for Posey deal b/c Indy might be the team needing the extra incentive. If Philly doesn't get Hibbert, then do the Gadz for Nocioni deal to provide Philly with extra cap relief as a sweetener.
