Golden State offered Tolliver about the same deal. He chose here for opportunity, & because of the presentation Kahn/Ronzone put on

I think he felt the need to fulfill Khan's need to overstock on undersized 4s

It's funny...
pretty much that entire team outside of Kevin Love and maybe Johnny Flynn is filled with unproven or underachieving lottery picks that suck while OKC did the same thing and ended up successful. It’s even worse as both teams started their rebuilding process the same year LOL. Poor MIN, I’m surprise KG didn’t want out of their sooner.
Minnesota? Nah
They haven’t improved that much, if at all, this off-season

I'm saying if management would've pulled their cards...
the same way OKC did they would be way better than the 2nd worst team in the league last year. Kahn is like the opposite of a Pat Riley so as long as he’s there Minnesota will always be UGH!
I hope that helps you all realise why Scott Brooks was named NBA COY.

While true for his defensive improvement.
He did a rather poor job on offense.

Tolliver doesn't want to be stuck playing center, or stuck behind
David Lee. Tolliver will get more minutes in Minnesota. He is making a smart decision. He needs to establish himself as a valuable role player now if he is going to have a career in the NBA. The possibility that on Golden State he might only play 2-5 minutes a night is unacceptable for a player in his position.
I foresaw a lot of minutes for Tolliver at GS
Somehow I have no confidence B.Wright will prove to be the answer at PF, Udoh is starting off injured and Tolliver shoots the 3 better than either. It probably was a hard decision for him; I’d guess Minnesota offered a little more guaranteed money.
Startin 4?
Did I miss where David Lee lost his spot?
Is this really such a bad thing?
We will find someone in the D league or as an invite that will fill the “void” Tolliver is leaving.
On the other hand, good for him for getting the contract.

I’ve gotta be honest, I consider this a win for our franchise. Talk about settling.
'Like' my band. I mean, it'd be awesome if you did that.
Good free agents disliked GS, undrafted/D-League free agents loved GS
I bet from now on all D-league call-ups won’t go anywhere but GS:
Greasy Agent: Good news Player X, the Spurs needed a 13th man and offered you a 10-day contract.
Player X: Nah, the Spurs? [LOL] You know I’m waiting for Nellie to call!
GA: But it’s for half a million dollars, Player X!!!
X: I want to be where I can possibly wina championshipa nice 2 year contract after leaving GS.

For every Tolliver/Morrow
There is Demarcus Nelson and Coby Karl though

And Cartier Martins.
We do extremely well with D-league, but not every single one is a decent player.

At least Martin can play defense
I’d take him over Karl
