First off, i understand that this will not be put together as professionally as the rest of you have the time to do and apologize for it  in advance.

 I am just curious to why people are so anxious to trade Monta Ellis? He has become an elite player over the past two years and is playing better than any SG in the leauge. Last year, most fans were frustrated with him, including myself but he has silenced most of his critics. He has dramatically lowered his turnovers from leading the leauge in TO's per game while still averaging the most minutes per game in the leauge. he has raised his scoring average (that game last night against Utah dramatically dropped it and im sure it will rise to top 3 again soon) even higher amongst the elite players such as lebron, kobe, Durant etc. He still resides in the top 3 in steals and has brought his efficiancy back up from last year as well as his three point percentage. Getting married has brought him so far pertaining to his maturity that he can now focus on growing and having fun in the game rather than focusing on petty immaturities that serve as setbacks to him. Curry is playing well since trade talks have emerged and it seems that most people are being "fairweather" fans with Curry and Ellis. Curry Gets hurt, people question his toughness and want him gone because Monta blows up. Curry blows up and Monta plays well (aside from last night) and people want Monta gone.

Im not the guy who will look up possible trades but i think the basic framework of the teams needs is obvious. Beans needs to step up or step down (meaning gone), Smart needs to get smart or get lost and Vlad Rad's PT needs to drop so Wright and Udoh can grow. Honestly i would like to see Curry and Beans go for a decent center who will play some D and get rebounds. One who doesnt cower at the free throw line and brings a "swagg" to the defensive side of the ball. If Steph stays, im still a happy fan but somthing needs to change. I am not particuarly sold on the idea that Monta and Curry cant play together, but the idea of possibly getting Iggy or a decent center sounds more promising then Stephs future in Oakland.

My point is this, we can be so quick to say Steph is the future when Monta is hardly in the leauge and playing at his level. WE deserve a good team and have for a long time. If we continue to send away and allow players to leave for "the future" , then we will always be a young team that COULD be good. We let Baron go, we let J Rich go, we let Harrington and Jackson go all for "the betterment of the teams future" but sending Monta away is doing the same thing. GSW cant keep starting over the fans cant take it. I know this wil likely get alot of hate comments because it is sensless rambling and not "professionally done" with proper statstics and probably spelling but my point is we need change for now and we cannot afford to keep looking to the future.
