Uses Google Docs. I'll probably start picking at it in detail when I'm done studying for finals, though the terms don't exactly appear too favorable for either side at first glance. It almost looks like the infamous "ultimatum offer," but scaled back a ton so the players aren't utterly shafted. Thoughts?
