Because LAC is "even happier" with that they got Billups. Howard said he wants Billups but his team didn't even bid on it. I think there is a very good chance that Howard can go to LAC to play with Billups, Griffin, Butler and Gordon. What now for Warriors?? Go after CP3? Try to get lucky and gamble on signing BDavis through the weaver? Or Arena?
