7 Seconds or Less
I am very excited about the depth of the Warriors. Yes, it has been one game, but Charles Jenkins looks like he is for real. Klay showed more athleticism than I expected (I am hoping the shot will come). We just picked up Brandon Rush, who is noted for his athleticism. Dominic McGuire was born to run. Ish Smith is a guard noted for his speed. I am a little afraid of how well Kwame runs, but we will see.
Our starters cannot match the Miami's, Knicks, Lakers, Mavs, Celtics, Spurs, and other elite teams. However, if we can wear them out, which will be much easier this season than any other we can expose those teams' lack of depth. We can be that mediocre team that no one wants to face.
If we can limit our starters to 20-30 minutes/night and bench anybody who slows down to give the other team a rest, we can run the other teams out of the gym. Some teams will keep their heads about them and refuse to run, but the Suns have proved that running can be irresistable to most teams.
Speed kills and our team is loaded with it. I think the path to the playoffs runs through maximizing our assets. We now have a fast athletic team. The more tired the other team is, the better the strategy will work. With so many back-to-backs we will never have a better chance to use a gimmick to make the playoffs. We are probably not getting our draft pick anyway. Might as well make people believe again. The best part about the strategy is that whether it works or not, it would be a fun season.

It may need to be "selective speed" with this compressed season
Also great rotations will even more important this season…..we “should” get to see a lot the second 5…..I am hoping Tyler gets some minutes rather than the D-League.

No room for tyler, he’ll be in the D-League for sure.

Hard to fit this all on a yellow comcast shirt
We can be that mediocre team that no one wants to face.

I might have agreed with you last year...
…but this year’s retooled Nellie team is no longer the super high octane race car it used to be, nor is it the future defensive stalwart the FO is aiming to develop.
In short, this team is in transition and we have NO idea which way it could go.

I’d go for that.
