Corey Brewer and cash apparently.

They had to get rid of Curry's contract to make trade work for Carmelo

Most teams are over the cap and cant take on the contract without giving another contract back. Minnesota could take on the contract, so there fee for doing so was AR. Pays to be one of the few way under the cap.

Anthony Randolph will be wearing number 15!

so long to AR4. personally i like 15 better anyways.

AR15 is a gun!!

thats SICK!

WHAT!??!?!?!?!?!?!

It’s funny, Minnesota reportedly offered us Kevin Love for Randolph during the summer. We refused. Now, halfway through the season Minnesota ends up with Randolph anyway while retaining Love as he blossomed into an All-Star during the season. Great stuff… gotta love karmic justice…

by WYK on Feb 21, 2011 8:48 PM PST reply actions

I think TK made that up.

No way we could have gotten AR for Love. I was hearing AR + draft pick for Love.

Steph Curry and Reggie Williams all day baby!

Keyword being “reportedly.” But if the deal was really on the table, then we royally eff’d up.

Ha, I think it’s more like we put it on the table for them. Surprise, it didn’t happen!

Only the genius that is Kahn would assemble a team with

Love, Beasley and Randy.

That’s the All-Potential team if I ever saw one. Actually on Love is really producing, I don’t call volume scoring on low efficiency “producing”. And Randolph has yet to land in NY via Oakland. His plane has been delayed the last half year.

"I thought it was going in," Warriors center Chris Hunter said. "It looked like the invisible man tipped it away at the last second."

Yeah, what the hell are the TWolves doing?!

Are they trying to assemble an all PF and PG team?

I actually think Love and Randolph might be a half decent fit together. Leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to post D, but other than that….

by Missing Barry on Feb 22, 2011 7:31 AM PST up reply actions

Timberwolves will be even more fun to play with on 2K...

Starting lineup (on 2K):

Ridnour
Beasley
Randolph
Love
Milicic

lol gonna block everybody besides the point guard.

I'm looking forward to the Warriors being led to the playoffs by Monta Ellis AND Stephen Curry.

Hopefully the Wolves will give Randolph a lot of PT. They have nothing to lose, and something to gain (higher draft pick!)….
