The first official contract between a fan and a professional team (The Warriors)

I'm sure some people have seen the website, but it's true. Season ticket holders did get a "contract" from owners Joe Lacob and Peter Guber.

Interesting stuff, especially if you can read the fine print, which essentially gives the ticket holder certain contractually-bound promises to things like All-Star Memorabilia if the Warriors don't get a player onto the 2012 All-Star Team. There's even some cool things like a 2-hour signing session with the entire team.

Prices didn't increase this year at all, which was a good sign considering last year's savings was around 10-25% than the previous year.

Here's proof that these contracts exist and require that we sign them and send it back.

Man... why can't we go with "We'll promise to get Dwight Howard" if they don't make the playoffs?

Still a bold move. Don't forget either peeps. We're getting a really cool new mascot next year too.
