In my limited understanding of which centers in the league are free agents, restricted or not,  i really prefer the draft because it's an unknown, maybe a diamond in the rough. There is no bigger way (i mean this literally lol) to change the face of our franchise than with a big CENTER.  Its our biggest need. When have we ever had a legit center in the last 40 years?  Pretty sad imho.

      If we landed Dwight Howard then it would be a done deal, but, im assuming that will not happen. A new legit center fresh out of our OWN drafting would be sooooo satisfying, kinda like the way Curry is to us. We would become a legit playoff team and possibly only one or two more moves away from championship contention if we can just find this guy. It may take a couple more years for him to develope of course, but, i dont think anyone has any realistic championship aspirations outside of homer simpson in the next couple years anyway..  It would be so organic to find this guy in the draft and would create a frenzy among us if the guy is waiting for us in this upcoming draft and we score him.

      SO, i just thought it would be fun to compile a list of centers out there that you guys think would have a chance. Im hoping that in the comments (if there is any lol) you guys can list which possible centers you like and maybe why and hopefully someone has that link where all the guys stats and descriptions are listed..

      I know we should probably take the BPA , BUT, if all our picks went to centers i think we would get a total of 2 lol. I'm guessing we pick around 9 or 10  in the 1st round  and i have no idea which pick we get for the 2nd round.  This thread could be a way for you to make your predictions so that later you can say "i told you so" . Just dont be a jerk about it ( :
