Chris Mullin Elected to Hall of Fame!
Definitely nice to see, especially since he's been so close the past few years. Also, this would be his last year of being nominated before being restricted from the selection process for a few years.

Bleh
Nellie should go in before him. Mullin’s career was nothing without the Don
I bet the Warriors don't make a single announcement about this.
Lacob and Rowell like to blame Mullin for everything.

The $250+ million lineup deserves all the critism he got and a little more
What does $250+ million buy you?
Derek Fisher
Jason Richardson
Mike Dunleavey
Tropy Murphy
Adonal Foyle
Then again the $200 million trident of Monta, Biedrins and Lee isn’t exactly overwhelming either, but atleast 120 of that is Mullin too.
He got rid of every single one of those contracts in the end.
And brought us Baron Davis.

Yes
But don’t you think you’re guilty of same thing you criticize riley/fans for. The search for the 8 seed. That team was capped out paying Baron, Al, Jack, and on. It wasn’t ever going to go much farther, which is fine, but still..
The Lakers, Celtics, Mavericks, Magic , etc. are all teams that are “capped out”. The difference is they are willing to pay the luxury tax. The Warriors owners were not. It has been reported multiple times that Mullin had something in place to bring in Garnett but the Warriors were not willing to give him an extension. I do agree that he gave some bad contracts but if you think about past 17 years he was the only GM that got this team to the playoffs and gave them their only two winning seasons.
The Warriors have made the playoffs 6 times in 33 years. 5 of those years Mullin played for the team and the other he was GM.
He tried desperately to get KG, and Cohan turned down the offer because they would be in the luxury tax.

You are so right with the irony being that KG ends up in Boston and wins Lacob a championship so now Lacob regards Ainge as a great GM while he knocks Mullin.
Yup. Rowell prevails...

You need to change what it says.
Don’t associate yourselves with the wage of wins network.

Even with Rodman and a Warrior in this class.
I find it very difficult to be happy with it because Reggie wasn’t elected or even nominated for the final committee.
Where do we go from here?
