NBA CBA

Hi everyone,

I was hoping someone could clarify some questions I had about the NBA players association and the CBA. I understand that the owners and the players need to agree upon the CBA in order to have a successful season. However, being that the current owner of the Warriors has less than a year under his belt, I was wondering if he has any input. Or is he not even included and part of his own entity?

The reason why I am asking ie because of a recent article I read

http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/blog/ball_dont_lie/post/Players-union-may-hold-charity-games-in-event-of?urn=nba-341865

It basically says how NBA players might look into playing charity games in the event of a lockout. If the Warriors were not associated with the other owners because of the new ownership, could we host these all-star charity games? What about Sacramento? In the event that the Kings move, can their old arena be used?

I hope I don't sound like a idiot, but I really don't want to go through a year without the NBA or the NFL. Im just looking at more options.
