they can value it anything they want but it’s not true till they sell it and have the money in the bank.

OMFG here's a new plan for acquiring top-tier talent:
1) Offer max deal if FA
2) match pre-tax contract value, dollar for dollar, with offshore bank account transfer. No domestic money has to exchange hands.
I challenge anyone to tell me why this is a bad idea, and you can’t use the words/terms “illegal”, “malfeasance”, or “breach of contract”. OK go.

and won’t buying “corporate” housing+cars+women+pets+toys+gadgets is better since there is no money exchange at all?
