Dear web/css dude,

You're color experimentation on GSOM is a little funkay right now. Might I offer some suggestions.

1. Lose the black header. Put up a banner image of the warriors court or players, have the text itself have a text-background with alpha transparency so you don't lose the pop.
2. I liked where you were going with the yellow highlighting for fanposts/fanshots sections, but not as the main header nav. Keep that the darker blue you had for the header nav and use the yellow either for the fanposts/fanshots section headers OR use it for the "created by" bar for the front page fanshots and keep the fanposts/fanshots blue.
3. Lose the gray. Where the hell did gray come from? All these dark/cold colors are making me more depressed than our failed tanking season. Try using lighter blue instead of light gray for the content section, and yellow or blue for the "created by" bar underneath with white text.

If you want, I may do a Firebug mockup in my spare time to better elaborate.
