dont jump man, you just need hope

Almost 10 games into the season now. We stand at 2-6. 3rd best record in the league (draft position). We all knew that the lockout would hit us the harderst compared to any other team in the league and well, its showing (plus our oddly timed missed starts from one starter or another). Maybe we regress towards .500 and mediocracy.

At this point we have a sort of gauge as to where we stand this year. Things could turn around but that, at this point, would be dissapointing for me (and all other fellow tank~for'12 hopefuls).

I see every loss as a WIN and all I hope for is flashes of brilliance from our new guys and slow steady growth from our veterans. I really hope Tyler can get into the mix soon here. Lets face it, Kwame Brown has been a fairly nice surprise, and I would love him off the bench over Beans, but he is not our answer moving forward and so my question is WHY are we playing him so much and not working Tyler? Tyler is most likely a bust but if anything he is one of our best tank commanders and it would be really nice to know where he will stand. If we make it the whole year and not see this kid I will be officially disappointed by the management and MJ. Our management has already made quite a few odd moves making one wonder about the haunting ghost of Larry Ellison and how he would have handled things.

I didnt know there was a limit to the amount of words/letters you can use in a poll.. HERE IT IS LOL

You see a large tank with your colors on it approaching, it appears well armored yet moving slowly towards you. You hear bullets humming past your ears and explosions in the distance you can feel under your feet. What do you do?

A) Run towards the tank and climb on? ~ turn to page 78.

WORST FANPOST EVER lol

If you choose A) you ride this tank unscathed and recieve a heros welcome at the finish line and tons of chics and a #1 draft pick for 2012

B) You die. You hear several of your bones break and crush under the wieght of the tank before you lose consciesness, you hear klays voice telling you “here man hit this”

C) You run as faast as you can only to find urself mudddled in mediocracy, much like the rabbit and the turtle your impatience mr. bunny did not pay off , the tank is waiting for you at the finish line much to your disbelief, you collapse and die due to exhaustion but remember the hot tail you got along the way

not sure where you were going with this, but I do agree with this little point

I get what you're saying, and you might be right

but new ownership is not thinking/wanting to tank or rebuild. They want to make the playoffs this year. Maybe that idea becomes a dream rather soon here for them, and if that’s the case, I don’t see them just caving and starting young players all the time. It may lead to some trades though that are aimed at getting better now.
