Postgame Quotes and Stuff from warriors.com recap
On the difference down the stretch:
"We defended. We defended at a high level. We competed. They made tough shots. They've got veteran guys that have a history of making tough shots.
On Stephen Curry:
"The thing about it is, teams are going to treat him like he's that guy, and we're going to have to set screens, get him open and make life easy for him.
On the Warriors' rebounding advantage:
"We understand that we have to do it by committing, and it's very important for us to get five guys rebounding the basketball. Our belief is that the last line of defense is securing the basketball. If you're going to beat good teams on the road, you've got to make sure you do that - and we did that."
On his ankle:
"I feel good now. I didn’t see the play, but I think I landed on somebody’s foot when I came down on a layup. I’ve been through this before. I just sucked it up for the last part of the game and I’ll worry about it tomorrow."
On tonight's win:
"It was a team effort on the road tonight. We got stops and played aggressive on both ends of the floor tonight. We tried to make the right reads and get shots in the paint tonight. We were able to make plays when they counted and that obviously gave us the win tonight."
On this being a big game in his career development:
"This was just a big win for us and the Mavs have the same record as us. So this was huge for us to win tonight and I was able to make plays for my team tonight. Everybody on our team had a part of this win and that’s what good teams do."
On what you learn from a game like this:
"That you just got to fight every game. Last night we dropped a game verse OKC and back to back games are tough. We’re a good team and if we execute our game plan like we’re supposed to do then we should come out on top."

- Richard Jefferson DNP because of the strained right calf he suffered yesterday.
- Richard Jefferson will get an MRI for the strained calf tomorrow.
- While we ride high on this win tomorrow, the Brooklyn Nets will be down in LA, so we'll catch them on their end of a back-to-back. CJ Watson is on the Nets. Find him, attack, and bring home another W!
