Reggie Evans gets "Fitting" first flopping fine
Woj quoted a league executive as saying Evans getting the first fine is "...fitting, since he was the star of the demonstration video." Three days ago, he was warned after the league reviewed video of the Boston Celtics game November 15 and determined that Evans had flopped in order to get a foul called against Jared Sullinger. Then, Wednesday, following a review of a foul against Metta World Peace in the third quarter of the Laker game, the NBA office assessed the fine. After the call was made, an angry Mike Dantoni was seen mouthing the words "he flopped" and motioning to the ref that he was calling the league.
