As of right now, the Warriors are 17-9. We are 3 games behind the division leaders, Clippers, and 4 games behind the Conference leader, OKC. I think it is about time we start to appropriately identify the team. A Team Nickname? A Team Chant? Something that says watch out for those Warriors. So to draw some inspiration, lets revisit the past teams.

Forced to go 16-5 to reach the playoffs for the first time in 12 years, this team showed us what it really means to believe. I loved watching every game and getting closer every day. I still get chills thinking about the playoff game I attended. I think every player on the team was hurt at some time during the season and they still managed to upset the number one team, Mav's. The best part was in the last few games to make playoffs where the usual chants of M-V-P (For Baron Davis) or Lets-Go-Warriors became We-Be-Lieve! We-Bel-ieve!

This nickname really didnt stick around, but I like the throw back to the original team. David, Monta, and Curry started to establish a team in the Bay Area. We even came back from a 17 point deficit to beat the Heat in overtime. We eventually traded Monta Ellis for a team that brings Bogut to the Bay. Although I still have reservations about Bogut because he is always hurt.

So lets look at the current team.
