Is this crazy? Yes, another trade idea.

So, I was reading through the articles about teams in the NBA recently, and a light bulb went off in my mind. This is the print version of that idea:

Warriors trade:

PG Stephen Curry

SF Dorrell Wright

C Andris Biedrins

Warriors Receive:

PF Pau Gasol

Verified by ESPN Trade Machine.

Who wouldn't be on board with this? Both sides win. From the Lakers perspective, you can finally remove that black cloud hanging over the team (will Gasol stay or go?) You add a desperately needed PG, one who is an almost perfect complement to what Kobe and Bynum bring (knock-down 3 point shooter). He can run the offense while Kobe sits and would force teams to be honest when thinking about double-teaming Bryant or Bynum. In short, he opens up their offense immensely and makes their sub-par offense now into a very dangerous one. On top of that, they get a more athletic shooter that can space the floor (so long, Jason Kapono) and a low-post presence that badly needs a change of scenery.

Now, what do the Warriors get? They get warrior killer Pau Gasol, the low post presence that has eluded Warriors teams for the past decade and maybe even all the way back since they had Chris Webber. The trade would finally rid us of the Monta-Curry can they play, can't they play backcourt. It frees up our promising wing players, notably Brandon Rush and Klay Thompson, for more playing time. (They've arguably been more effective than Dorrell this year anyway). And finally, it frees up time for Udoh, who has shown flashes that he can be a serviceable role player and a disruptive defender. All told, the Warriors lineup would shake out like this:

PG Monta Ellis (Nate Robinson if you prefer Monta at the SG)

SG Klay Thompson

SF Brandon Rush

PF David Lee

C Pau Gasol

Yeah, the bench is going to need some shoring up, but is that not a starting lineup that could actually get you somewhere? Inspire hope? Am I crazy for thinking so? Would love to hear feedback on this trade as I think it could really benefit the Warriors.
