Word up! We've got a nationally televised celebration going on tonight. 50 years ago today, we're commemorating Wilt Chamberlain scoring 100 points against the New York Knicks and setting a record that hasn't been broken... yet. Who knows, Monta Ellis for 100 would be pretty insane!
Interesting enough, both the Warriors and 76ers have struggled to even score over 100 points in a game. I've got my money on Golden State tonight. If we can get Monta of fire, our guards shooting lights out and keep the 76ers struggling under 100 points, we can go home with a "W." The Sixers are coming back from 4 straight losses while Golden State had a sloppy win in Atlanta last Wednesday. Stephen Curry might be out again tonight so all eyes are on Monta Ellis and his supporting cast. So hyped I feel like our Dubs can score 1,000!
