Dwight Howard Trade?

Before you keyboard warriors (heh, get it?) rise up to tell me I'm an idiot, listen to what I'm preposing. No, I don't want Dwight Howard. But this recent 4-way deal circulating around the Nets/Orlando seems to break down to 1) the Nets essentially gutting their team shipping their players to the other 3 teams and 2) the other 2 teams not called Orlando or the Nets shipping draft picks to Orlando. I'm wondering, since I've seen reports of the Nets sending first round picks like 2014, 2017, etc., could we be one of those two other teams and send a different 1st rounder, for example 2016? I know we're not allowed to trade consecutive first rounders, but if we pad a year or two in between the one we currently owe to the Jazz and this hypothetical 2016 first rounder, they wouldn't be consecutive. I only wonder this, because in Myer's recent interview he said the Dubs were involved in trade talks this offseason (http://blogs.mercurynews.com/kawakami/2012/07/10/bob-myers-on-the-warriors-free-agent-moves-or-lack-of-so-far-and-prudent-aggressiveness/).

In return for our pick, we would get Kris Humphries, a rugged backup 4, who holds one of the fastest sprint times ever between the alter and the divorce lawyer (I had to). He brings rebounding (always helpful), scoring (he averaged a double double), and not much else. But he definitely helps in the toughness, and gives a good first bigman off the bench. In some reports on BleacherReport.com I saw the Cavs were reportedly offered Humphries in return for their own first rounder in the deal. For this sign-and-trade to work, though, we'd need to dump some of our own salaries into the pot, and this is where it gets tricky. With the Dorell Wright trade, we have approximately 8 million in cap space. Let's say of our three free agents (all of which I'd like to see come back), we resign Brandon Rush at 4.5 million. I highly doubt Humphries would take the remaining 3.5. So obviously there would be more hoops to jump through to dump some salary.

You'll notice the title is a question. 1) Is it possible for us to trade another first rounder, provided there is a gap in years, and 2) If we could, would you essentially flip that first rounder and a rotational player for Kris Humphries?
