Only time will tell.

Remember just a few months ago when several of us were concerned about letting Carl Landry and in particular Jarrett Jack go to free agency? No one at the time could have known and certainly no one knows what the script will be with the Warriors new arrivals but sometimes things can work out for the best.

Right now Carl Landry who gave us a lot of energy and scoring off the bench last season is out 3-4 months following hip flexor surgery. Jarrett Jack who was the focus of much affection is currently out 10 days with chondromalacia knee inflammation. It could be nothing and go away but at thirty it could become chronic with the pounding of 82 games and hopefully a long playoff run for the Warriors.

No one yet knows how well the new Warriors will play or how healthy they will remain. That is always the elephant in the room that spoils many teams' seasons. I just know that right now letting those two go to free agency is not looking so bad anymore at least for the early going.

What's your take?
