With Harrison Barnes out for the first couple of games, the Warriors need to start asking some questions. Where are they going to get the firepower? They have almost nobody off the bench that is capable having a big night, unless Toney Douglas gets hot, which isn't likely.
In my opinion, I would take Draymond Green any day out of the two. He's a solid defender, has a high basketball IQ, and isn't afraid to take the big shot. This is what the Warriors need on the court. Like Barnes, Green is aggressive and eager to impress.
Unfortunately for the Dubs, he is nowhere near as quick as Barnes, and he lacks the offensive ability to put up some big numbers. Green is outspoken, which is good, but not exactly what the Warriors need right now.
Other players such as Kent Bazemore and the Warrior rookies may be able to fill some of the Warriors' holes, but how will they manage without Barnes for these two games?
What do you think?
