This the 3rd of 4 times we face the TWolves, and we won both. The last time we faced them on Nov 24th, this happened:
Pekovic didn't run home and cry after that posterization, though. He recently had a 27pt game against the 76ers, beasting his way through the 76ers front line. So that's something we'll have to watch for. Ricky Rubio is also back in the starting lineup, but the last time I saw him, he looked a bit rusty. Still, we can't fall asleep and let him move the ball around. Finally, former SCWarrior Chris Johnson might make an appearance if this game gets into garbage time.
On our side, we just came off a huge and unexpected win against the Spurs, a team we never, ever, ever, ever, ever beat. Twice this season, we've come out flat the next game after a huge win. Did the Warriors learn their lesson this time???
Let's start this road trip off the right way, 12:30pm start time or not.
