Ranking Author Rank Comment Marc Stein 2 (+1) Before you spend any more time trying to dream up David Lee scenarios via ESPN's Trade Machine, be advised that he's averaging 22.1 PPG (on 60 percent shooting) and 9.8 RPG during the Dubs' 11-1 surge. And now they're in the midst of playing 10 of 14 games at home until the All-Star break. Marc Spears 3 (+3) The Warriors are 5-1 in January and have won 12 of their last 14 games. Golden State is enjoying four days off.
CBS Sports Matt Moore 2 (-) Is there a player in their top seven who isn't playing well? No? Thought so.
Pro Basketball Talk Kurt Helin 3 (-) If you think their run is over (9-1 in the last 10) think again. They have 14 games left before the All-Star Break and 10 are at home. Interesting test for them at Oklahoma City this week. John Schuhmann 2 (-) The Warriors were clearly out of gas at the end of their seven-game trip, but managed to go down to the wire before losing to the improved Nets on Wednesday and then survive (thanks to Stephen Curry's game-winner) their first game back home Friday against the Celtics. Now they can recharge for a 12-day stretch that includes games against the red-hot Nuggets, the Thunder, Pacers, Wolves and Blazers. David Aldridge 5 (+1) Warriors making huge runs during games an everyday occurrence.
SB Nation Jason Patt 6 (-) Stephen Curry does really cool things a lot. Like this
Sheridan Hoops Brian Kamenetsky 6 (+1) Had their 10-game win streak broken in Brooklyn, but started another Sunday in Boston. Still see Denver, OKC, Indy, Minny, Portland and the Clips before Feb. 1. Matt Dollinger 3 (-1) No team has played more road games (23) than the Warriors, who finished 6-1 on their recent seven-game trip. Golden State's record slightly undersells just how well this team is playing, but it should continue to rack up victories with 10 of its 14 games before the All-Star break at home.
USA Today 6 (-) They are third in three-point shooting but 25th from the line.
