We really need a bench or we are not going anywhere.
Other than Harrison Barnes and Draymond, our bench that comes on right now on stretches to have our starters rest are garbage. This includes: Spieghts, Toney Douglas, Bazemore. These guys are third string and should not be on the floor during critical parts of the game especially all at once. Usually when they are in the game its in the 2nd quarter, which is where we suffer the most then the starters come back near the end and in the 3rd and take care of business. But the more this goes on the more minutes our starters will be having to play which will hurt us down the line in April, playoff time.
We need a good PG/SG that can shoot and run the offense and we also need a solid center mainly for defense purposes. NOT A PF who looks and thinks he is a center, a actual center who is big like Bogut.
Kirk Hinrich is good. We should also look at Gary Neal. He has experience and he has played a couple years for Pop so he knows what he is doing. Dont look at his Milwaukee play because no one plays to their ability over there. He can be a good solid backup for Steph and has playoff experience.
Center: We should look at Hamed Haddadi, he is big great rebounder ( best center in Asia) His stats are low because he never got a chance to play in Memphis because they had so many centers/pf with Gasol, Randolph, Arthur. But when he played he played good. He is big (7'1) and is defensive minded.
