Harrison Barnes and David Lee are some of my favorite players. I love them both, but the cons with them are very concerning. Honestly, I don't want them to trade either one of them until some time is given. Again this is just an idea and I would love this if it happened. Here is the proposed trade:
Sacramento gets: Harrison Barnes, David Lee, 2015 2nd round
Golden State gets: 2014 1st rounder, 2014 2nd rounder, Someone with huge salary
How it benefits the Dubs: Well, they could take Noah Vonleh with the pick and really strengthen the front court. He will be 19 by the start of the season, and he is huge for a 4. 6'10, 240 with a ton of potential. Think about this rotation:
Curry, Blake, Ned
Klay, ??
Iggy, Draymond
Vonleh, Speights
I like the sound of it. Really young.
How it benefits SAC: They get a proven PF who can pair up with Cousins and make their front court scary. With Thomas and Mclemore in the backcourt, the SF position is up in the air. Rudy Gay may or may not come back, and if he doesn't, HB would help them in many ways.
