Warriors Will Only Be Beaten By Themselves.

Who will be the first team to beat the Warriors? Who is going to figure out the Steph to Green pick and roll? Who I demand?! Whooooooo. Just us is who.

"Just Us" is the Warriors mantra. They say it in the huddle before they go out and play. It is their little battle-cry of defiance to all the naysayers who weren't in their corner. It's us against the world!

Nowadays everyone is in the Warriors corner. Lebron thinks they are hungrier than the Cavs. Curry is wideley considered one of the best shooters of all time. Heck, some don't even think they need a coach!

Which brings us to our pin-ultimate question, who will beat this team? Will it be the Bulls tonight? On the 2nd night of a back-to-back following an emotional comeback to the teams SoCal rival could provide some difficulties. In fact, the last home loss the Warriors suffered was to the Bulls. They had Derrick Rose drop 37 that game, but will likely not have him tonight.

The real answer is that the only team that can beat the Warriors is the Warriors. It sounds like a cliché but they are clearly the best team in the league and at times can be down right unstoppable. Steph Curry has taken his already MVP play to another level. Draymond Green has improved his play making ability and is leading the team in assists. Nobody has figured out their offensive formula, and their defensive energy is enough to get them back into any game. At no point during the game last did they think they were out of it. Neither did I. My buddy even live-bet them.

I must admit, I got frustrated with some of Steph's turnovers. The logo thinks that is their only flaw. It prevents them playing defense and when they get in the bonus, it hurts their ability to get out in transition. The best team to take advantage of that weakness is probably the Thunder. Stephen A. Smith would love to see that matchup, but it won't happen until Feb 2nd. The Warriors go on a 6 road trip at the end of November, but it is mostly Eastern Conference teams so it isn't as challenging (no Cavs).

My $ is on Brooklyn Nets, December 6th, another tail end of a back to back against a Nets team that almost got them in Oakland a week ago.

I agree with you though, Dan Lebatard, this is really fun to watch.
