The 49ers finally saw some action out of their star QB Shaun Hill! In his first drive ever he led the 9ers to a touchdown! That's more than Alex Smith could say! Maybe he's the next Tony Romo? Guess we shoulda kept Smith on the bench for 6 years...
The Patriots won again. Yay. But was this play necessary?

I like that the Redskins put 10 players on the field on their first defensive play in order to honor Sean Taylor, but maybe they should have told the Bills before hand? Sadly, they didn't win that game, but their miraculous win (2 INTs by Shawn Springs!) against the Bears on Thursday night might be enough to give em some juice to end the year.
The Patriots almost lost again. Bad calls, bad plays, whatever the reason, they're still undefeated.

Thanksgiving - the day of great food, quality family time, and some extra servings of football!
Make sure to peep all three games this Thanksgiving!
But before we hit into who's going to win those games and the rest of this week's games, let's take a look at who's thankful for their performances last week!
Terrell Owens must have woken up last Sunday morning, munched on his Cocoa Puffs, and asked himself, "How many TDs can I score today?" 4 Mr. T.O. 4. Dallas fans, be thankful that Owens is as he says, "playing out of [his] mind," and is the 2nd best WR in the league.

Later that day, Randy Moss asked himself, "Can I match TO on TDs?" The answer - yes. Moss now has 16 TDs (6 shy up Jerry Rice's record of 22 TDs in a single season) and 1052 receiving yards. Patriots fans, be thankful that Randy Moss is nothing like he was with the Raiders.

So much for Bay Area teams having a presence in sports this year.
Let's start the crying session with the Oakland Raiders. By all means, the Silver and Black should have another 3 wins (if not more) but they keep giving em' away as they did last week. How are they going to let Rex Grossman come in a throw a deep ball in one play? Regardless, they're only 2 games back in the AFC West, and they still stand a chance to turn things around. I'm not saying they're going to end up in the playoffs...but they can still pull more than 3 wins. What about looking to the future? Michael Bush still hasn't been in a play yet, and he deserves his fair chance. Injury prone, yes, but high potential in him. And what about QB? I love Daunte as much as anyone, but maybe it's time to bring in #1?
Is it time?
The state of the San Francisco 49ers can be summed up with one word - horrible. Even Steve Young was disgusted with their performance Monday night against the Seahawks. Alex Smith is looking horrific and everyone is beginning to lose faith in the kid. Whatever...we get another top 5 pick and try again, right? WRONG! The 49ers traded their first round pick this year for the Patriots first round pick last year where they picked up Joe Staley.
Hooray for Dilfer!
In other words, the Patriots could go undefeated, win the Super Bowl, and have a top 5 pick. I'll let that one marinate....

And so it was decided. The Patriots-Colts game last week was by far the best game of the season so far, and further proved that Brady, Moss, Welker, and the rest of the Pats have that magic touch that's going to keep this team winning. Its hard to say that they'll have a perfect season, but there are really only two teams - the Steelers and the Ravens - that stand a chance to prevent them from going perfect, but even those two are a stretch at this point. As for the Colts, they'll bounce back after one loss. Hopefully we'll get to see these teams go at it once more in the AFC Championship game....
Why didn't he do this when he was with the Raiders?
This doesn't even look possible!

I lost a lot of respect for the Patriots last week. What was the point of bringing Brady off the bench? And why is Boston becoming the city of sports? Patriots, Red Sox, and Celtics?
