This past Tuesday's matchup between the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers was selected by hoops fans worldwide to be televised on NBA TV for Fan Night. I never knew so many hoops junkies were so hyped about watching new Warrior Valdimir Radmanovic!

Lost in the Warriors' big win last night against the much maligned LA Lakers was Stephen Jackson's 5 fouls in 9 minutes and his 2 technical fouls in 3 preseason games. I know there's replacement refs, but seriously- who gets 2 technical fouls in the PRESEASON?
Captain Technical unfortunately does not seem to be the answer for the 2009-2010 Golden State Warriors.

Brandan Wright and Marco Belinelli: To Renew or Not to Renew

The Warriors trio of picks from the 2007 draft class haven't exactly panned out. With the #8 pick (via trade) the Warriors selected Brandan Wright who has not exactly solved the Warriors 15 years of misses at the power forward position. Then with the Warriors own pick at #18 they surprised many and took Italian shooting guard Marco Belinelli who hasn't exactly been a key weapon for the Dubs. In the second round the Warriors selected shot blocker Stephane Lasme who is currently out of the league. It's decision time on the 2k7 NBA Draft Class.
