Rumor: Andris Biedrins, Monta Ellis, and Baron Davis for Allen Iverson and Steven Hunter

One of our sources just tipped us that the 76ers and Warriors are in serious trade talks for a deal that includes Andris Biedrins, Monta Ellis, and Baron Davis for Allen Iverson and Steven Hunter. We'll keep passing on whatever we hear.

What do you think about a deal like this?

The Allen Iverson rumors:

99% of rumors never happen, but 99% of them are fun to talk about!

mike d 's post
go to mike d's post and get the 510 number and call the warriors - let's leave some messages, it will have an impact if enough of us CALL

including Beidrins is outrageous, even from me, a most ardent supporter of bringing AI to GS for either Dunleavy's contract off our books, or two contracts ... but this is absolutely rediculous, this will cripple the franchise for years to come by including Andris

WHAT....Wait....WHAT!
Ok I was sayin we shouldn't do this when it was just BD and Beans...now Monta too!!!! This isn't rational! Chris and been drink'n too much of that spicy egg nogg! Ok...time for to pound one back myself..this is crazy
It is what it is....

what is the point of that!?
What do we gain? Is Mullin trying to set us back another 12 years? Mullin must want the PR. THat is so dumb. If there is any truth to that rumor, I have to say no avid warrior fan is going to be happy regardless of how much they want AI. I would love to get Iverson but not at the expence of any of those guys.....I can say this, mullin has made some awful contract deals, but the trades he has made have been okay, I mean we got Baron Davis for almost nothing. I do not see Mullin doing something like this unless he knows something, something like Choen not putting up any more money so we can re-sign Ellis and Biedrins. Mullin might be stupid, but he is not that stupid, something is up if there is any truth to that rumor.

We would have no future!
Biedrins and Ellis give us hope for the next many years.

Helllllll Noooooo
Why would they do this trade? why? this would be the stupidest trade ever. Biedrins and Ellis is the future of this franchise. Why won't we trade baron, mickel, and ike and a 1st round pick for iverson and hunter. or something like that. come on warriors don't do that trade please

oh no
this would be the raping of a lifetime by the sixers. almost but not as bad as portland picking sam bowie over MJ. just plain stupid. Getting rid of either of those guys seriously limits the future of the warriors.

uh....wow...WOW!
this is the WORST case scenario. Those are the three players that i was saying could absolutely NOT be involved in a deal for AI. And now I hear the deal is for ALL THREE!!!!! I wouldn't even be willing to part with any ONE of them in any deal. My god..if this goes down, it'll be VERY TOUGH to support this team.

Let's Go Oakland! Gas, Brake, Dip.
