an altar for mike & murph

well, what can we say?  no more under-performing pretty-boy prima donna, no more softest-10 rebounds-i've-ever-seen.  two albatrosses from around our neck (possibly for one or two in return), leaving only adonal from the trifecta of momentously-bad contracts.

if b-diddy and j-rich can assert some leadership to set a positive tone for the dubs, we may be the next phoenix suns.  we'll have to leave that to be seen.

in honor of the departed, though, what were the best and worst times of dunleavy and murphy?  now that we don't have them to kick around anymore, what does that mean for the GS o' Mind?

Murph's best moment
I think it was his sophomore year, him and Sheed were going at it in Detroit, and he gets the ball around the 3 point line, faces up, dribbles once to his left, takes those two big steps and dunks all over Sheed. That was my favorite Murph moment. I really like Murph but he is just paid too much, not like that's his fault... Best of Luck Murph and Ike (Dunleavy... blah)

I may be wrong but
wasn't that against Dale Davis in his rookie year? We're probably talking about two separate plays...

ya probably were thinking of different plays
I remember it being Sheed vividly just because it got Sheed pissed and he went at murph on the other end (needless to say, he scored lol)

Yes
go support the people dissing Dunleavy and Murph because you're so happy about getting punks on your team.

i actually was gonna say
that the funleavy pics were the best part of having dunleavy on the team and they were up for nominations for the worst part.

absolutely
the pics were the best thing. i'm not a dun hater but the pics always brought a smile to my face. the worst thing by far was his inconsitency.
