They don't play tonight do they?
Very funny at the Pacers blog.
There's one guy posting blogs, and no one make a comment.
Actually one, that post said: I just stumbled across your blog today. Excellent work here. Maybe if the Pacers start winning again more people will check this out.

Pacers official website
www.nba.com/pacers

there is a link to the video press conference with Bird and Donnie Walsh. Pretty good stuf...i don't agree w/their assessments of the guys they are getting, but it is interesting nonetheless. You all should definately check it out.

Indy "cya" ?
Pacer brass were so scared of what Jax might do next they panic'd, and are running for cover ... they took on two contracts worse than they gave up in order to unload a wild card (Jax) and a poor contract of their own (AH) - for them Ike is the player that they can "hope" develops and turns the deal in their favor. All the rest is CYA as far as I'm concerned ... As far as Jax, if he acts out here I wonder if the Dubs can handle it, or whether they have an escape clause in the contract that the Pacers were not willing to enact. In either case, lower money for fewer years, good for Dubs ...
