Recap: Warriors 101, Bucks 122 - How do you fail History?

Thank God this was an early game because I was still at work and I didn't get to see it. However, a history teacher's job is never done. Let's see how our star pupils did tonight shall we?

History Exam: "There is plenty of time to win this game, and to thrash the GSoM crew too" - Sir Francis Drake - 1590

Let me refresh your memory on this exam (from the game's open thread):

Our first exam is in History. Not the toughest of all classes, but hard enough to know that if you don't pay attention in class you're going to get run over. Here are the "Quick Notes" on the exam:

Michael Redd - The Genghis Khan of History. Scoring a whopping 27 points per game. You better recognize!
Brian Skinner - He's the typhoid in history.
Doesn't get much hype but does enough damage.
Andrew Bogut - He's Columbus. Gets credit for being the first pick when we all know someone else should be crowned.
Charlie Bell - I must have slept through the "dull era".
Mo Williams - William the conqueror during the Middle Ages. No one expects him.

Part I: How do you contain Michael Redd, a.k.a Genghis Khan?

Warrior's Answer: Maybe we should build a Great Warrior Wall of Biedrins, Barnes, and Pietrus! However, since we don't really know how to play team defense very well, I say we let Genghis roam around and shoot 11 of 19 from the field and 6 of 11 from downtown Mongolia. One guy alone can't beat us, can he?

Grade: F-
You have to be kidding me! If you decide to let one player go off, then you have to contain the rest of the team.

I don't think a Warriors wall is that intimidating!

Part II: Was the Dull Era really that dull?

Warriors Answer: No. Charlie Bell was anything but dull tonight for the Bucks! He scored 20 points shooting 50% from the field, FT, and 3 point line. Mo Williams decided to help "un-dullify" that era as well with his impressive 13 assists and 16 points. The Warriors didn't have an answer for any of the Buck guards tonight. To add insult to injury, Brian Skinner who introduced Typhoid to the world gave it to Biedrins tonight who had a whopping 4 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists. Typhoid is no laughing matter folks. If you or anyone else you know might be contagious of the typhoid disease, please call The Tyra Banks Show. They are always looking to talk about complete crap.

Grade: B-
We didn't have Baron but that's no excuse.

They had some weird dances in Normandy!

Part III  Warrior Wonder: Which Roman Emperor was born on February 27th?

Answer: If one of our Warriors had a birthday today I'd gladly give him the Warrior Wonder. No one really shinned tonight in this important start of a five game road trip. So with that, I'll give it to Powell. Powell actually played his heart out, and at times looked like he was the only player hustling. He grabbed 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 12 points before he went down in the fourth with a nasty spill. I'm hoping it's nothing serious and from the comments tonight, I don't think too many people would object to Powell starting the rest of this road trip. By the end of the season, we'll probably have our minimum waged players playing the majority of the time.

OVERAL GRADE: D+
I'll give you a break since we didn't have Baron.

Let this be a lesson to all you kids. If you don't study you'll end up looking like this!

Happy Belated B-Day man!
Too bad the Warriors forgot to give you a present, but hopefully they can redeem themselves tonight.

Yeah really.
Or the Warriors breakin' halftime brigade, or whatever their official name is.

Mo Williams wasn't the only one.

Michael Redd was making behind the back passes to other shooters. You don't see that from him probably ever, besides last night's routing of our lowly Dubs.

Harrington
Wow...I have to say, that picture is scarier then any picture Dunleavy ever took.

The game was ugly...and Im starting to get a little scared, that final playoff spot is slippin, and slippin, and slippin away.

I am not, nor will I ever be into the "tanking idea"...so I still have hope.
