Warriors better than 90's Bulls?

I know the Warriors have been hot lately but this is some high praise.  I read this on CBS Sportsline.com.

I'm not certain anyone could beat the Warriors at the Oracle at this stage. That includes any of the 1990s Bulls teams.  Personally, I don't think the Warriors have gotten to that level of play yet.  Although our recent home record is pretty impressive.
With a 125-105 win Friday night, Golden State now has won its last nine consecutive home games by a combined 143 points. That, folks, is complete and total dominance inside Oracle Arena. And look at the names of the fallen: Dallas (four times), Utah (twice), Phoenix (once).

No way...
Michael would take 1 or 2 at oracle but we are playing great.

Oh c'mon dude
I wouldn't take it that far to compare us to the 90s Bulls.

I don't think the Warriors have gotten to
" that level of play yet."

Yes, they haven't , Problem is we only have one style of play so if the break isn't breakin and the 3's aren't fallin we have no option to fall back on except to lose. The best teams can run and gun or stop and grind it out depending on what's needed at the time. They can also win on the road as well as at home. We are extremely hot now but our 2 loses at utah show we can be extremely cold too.

the thing is
our 3's have been falling for quite some time now. I know yesterday was hotter than usual, but we've been an excellent 3pt shooting team over the last 30 or so games. It's not a fluke - it's a combination of confidence and alot of open looks created by Boom Dizzle

Different Era...Different Rules
Different rules back then compared to how the NBA rules are today... Seriously, if MJ played at his peak then in today's NBA he'd easily average 60+pts a game because of the rules now...

As much as I'm loving the way the Warriors have played so far, I think it's a little premature to compare them to the Bulls of the 90's...We need a title first...

Let's enjoy this for what it is...

i agree that the 90's Bulls thing is retarded
That's just some speculation to get people to talk about his column (guess it worked). But I agree with him on the point that we have been just completely, totally dominant at home

Warriors are good...
But not that good. To even be in the same sentence with those Bulls, you gotta give yourself road victories. We did, but not as much as we wanted. MJ's Bulls are on another level. We're just flirting with the notion of making another miraculous comeback as underdogs. No need to make such a comparison to a dominant team like those Chicago Bulls.

sounds nice
but really, i think those bulls teams would have something to say about that. mike loved to be in hostile environments. as good as he was he played even better when it was in unfriendsly confines, 61 at boston , numerous huge games at new york, won a championship in utah. i do think they would be pretty fun games to watch. while scotty and mike would do their thing i like some of the match ups the warriors would have. pretty fun to toss around as a topic really.

dude...
the 90's Bulls competed in an era where you were allowed to beat the crap out of your opponents without being assessed a flagrant 2 or 3. plus, there was handchecking allowed. In no way would the 07 Warriors be able to stand a chance against any Jordan team.

No offense...
I think your current team would have to win 6 campionships in order to be in the same sentence as Jordan, Pippen, & The Bulls...good luck on the first one though...it won't be easy!!

He did compare
to the bulls of the 90's. He's saying that the Bulls of the 90's could be beaten by the Warriors at The Oracle Arena. He did compare us to the Bulls of the 90's or even say were as good as those teams, just that we could beat them at home. Maybe most of you don't rememeber the Warriors in the 90's, the bulls struggled against us. In fact Jordan was almost held to single digits score the last time he played in Oakland in a Bulls uni. It took until the last two minutes of the game for him to get his ten point. Now I still believe that the Bulls of the 90's is one of if not the best team of a deacade, but the would have a hard time beating tis Warrior team at the Oracle Arena.

I meant to say he didn't compare us to the Bulls of the 90's
