That's would make perfect sense....

I just think that other than these past few years, Cohan has really held back our franchise, I love franchise owner that are FANS, not just business men who want to make a buck, even if it means not spending any.

He's already got his name all over the arena, hell, its named after his company.  He always wanted either the Niners and Warriors (I'm pretty sure he has offered to buy the team before but Cohan declined), hopefully he can get his greedy little hands on our team.

if he buys our team, this will go even further in changing our losing spirit.  Hopefully he will buy the Warriors instead of the Niners.  Just as long as ticket prices don't skyrocket.
