Nice shooter and looks athletic. Jay Bilas says had he played at a top D1 school, he would have been a lottery pick.
The Portland Trailblazers have actually bought this pick from the Suns for an undisclosed amount. So Rudy Fernandez gets traded from the Suns to the Blazers for big dollars.
