RIP Bill Walsh

http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/7074768?MSNHPHCP&GT1=10239

This just in from associated press.  I am deeply saddened by this.  I grew up a huge niners fan during the Bill Walsh era.  I have fond memories of cheering them along with my dad on Sundays.  Sad to see him go.

I know this is a Dubs fan site but he's a bay area sports icon.

Rest in Peace Bill.

This FanPost is a submission from a member of the mighty Golden State of Mind community. While we're all here to throw up that W, these words do not necessarily reflect the views of the GSoM Crew. Still, chances are the preceding post is Unstoppable Baby!

Yea,,,,,
Thats sad stuff. Even for a Raider fan like myself. Focus on the great things he did, and how he fought that darn cancer so bravely. R.I.P Bill.
