Jeremy Lin fantastic finishes at Harvard 2of2. Goto the 5:30 mark. Then watch as he turns a 4-point deficit into a 7-point lead, an 11-0 personal run. In that stretch of 27 seconds he changed the game. Follow me on Twitter @poormanscommish.
In case you were busy with Valentine's Day activities and hadn't heard, Linsanity continued last night. Click the title above for a sampling of what he did at Harvard. It should go as lesson to us all: Sometimes you shouldn't be so quick to discount what you see.
"Jeremy Lin was the backup point guard, and then we brought in Acie Law and [Smart] didn't play Jeremy but played Acie Law, which I thought was not great. That was something he and I disagreed on. Interesting quote by Lacob at the end of the column. But, yes, here's another Lin post. SORRY.
[*VIDEO*] #TweediaDay w/ Monta, Stephen, Jeremy, B.Wright, Dorell, Vlad, Dan, and the whole crew! FIlmed by SHAUN TAI Films. Key highlights: J.Lin responding to his #YouTube parody / J.Lin trying to pronounce "Happy Holidays" in English (?), Shaun Tai helping Monta coin "Wait and See" aka "We Believe Movement Pt. 2", Andris clownin' Dorell... just a fun video / perspective overall. @shaun_tai
An N.B.A. Rookie Stands Out in More Ways Than One Published: September 14, 2010
As one of many contributors to the semi-recently launched SBNation Bay Area site, I weigh in on the different arguments for and against the Warriors' signing of Jeremy Lin to say that our feelings about Lin are not as different as it may seem. The hoopla over Jeremy Lin's return tells us what we fans love about "homecoming" stories. Basketball "is a business," but our fandom isn't. Continue to check out SBNation Bay Area for all the up-to-date news regarding bay area sports from high schools to the pros.
"I still need to prove I can play in the NBA, and I have not proved that yet."
As an Asian American this is a very proud moment. As an Asian American with deep roots in the Bay Area this is very cool. As a Golden State Warriors fan and hoops junkie this is exciting. I'm definitely rejoicing! BOW TO THE JEREMY LIN MOVEMENT.
Jeremy Lin playing in summer league against John Wall. Impressive showing.
