What you have to do with a guy like Jeremy is you have to stay on top of him, in my opinion. You have to make sure he's working after practice. You have to make sure you put him in a structure because he didn't have any of that - he didn't go to college. So I think important for Jeremy in his development is just being regimented, being disciplined. He's got all the ability to be a good player.
