Roster Moves...

Okay so I just read that the Warriors are sending Patrick O'bryant to the D-League. How many active players does that leave us on our roster? With J-Rich out i'm hoping Ike Diogu will move into the starting 5 and maybe put Pietrus as the SG until Monta comes back and Barnes as the SF. I'm noticing a trend with Nellie coached teams that bothers me. We rely too much on our outside shooting that when the shots aren't falling, chances are that we end up with an L. We need some bangers in there more often like Diogu. Atleast if shots aren't falling we can feed him in the post. Cmon' the guy has some low post moves! How did he fall in Nellie's doghouse anyway? This season is getting more frustrating as it goes on. I don't mind losing close games but enough with the BLOWOUTS. If Diogu wasn't in for the 4th quarter I bet the Kings would of beat us by 40+.

J-Rich to the Bulls???

So I was looking through ProSportsDaily.com and came across an article in the Chicago Tribune titled.

http://chicagosports.chicagotribune.com/sports/basketball/bulls/cs-061203smith,1,2181374.column?coll =cs-bulls-headlines

He gives his take on the Bulls possibly being able to pry away J-Rich from the Warriors in exchange for 2 expiring contracts(Mike Sweetney & PJ Brown)worth 11.3 Mil. The money can be used to lock up Monta and Andris. I'm assuming that Dunleavy and Murphy will be traded in the offseason. Therefore, correcting a few of the mistakes made by Mullin in Co. The article makes a couple good points.

This actually might be a move that can benefit both teams. As much as I know it would hurt to lose J-Rich, I'm ready to move on. However, I'd rather prefer a J-Rich package be dealt to Minnesota for Kevin Garnett. Maybe a J-Rich, T-Murphy and Ike Diogu for Garnett??? Let me know what you guys think...

Warriors trying to buy out FOYLE's contract!

It looks like we'll be seeing the last of FOYLE in a Warriors Jersey. Here's the link:

http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/43201/20061111/warriors_trying_to_buy_out_foyle/

Do you think this is a good or bad move for the Warriors? I guess they couldn't find anyone who'd be willing to trade for Foyle. With that being said, I wonder what they plan on doing with the extra roster spot? Could this be a prelude to a 2 for 1 trade? or just any trade?
