Warriors (W-L): 21-24
Hawks (W-L): 16-27

Don't be fooled by the Hawk's record though. With some athletic wings and sharp shooting (at least from Salim Stoudemire), look for the Hawks to keep pace with the Warriors if not possibly outrunning them. Josh Smith, finally healthy, has had four straight double doubles and Joe Johnson can score any way he wants (25.1 ppg). Dunleavy killer Tyrone Lue solidifies the bench, providing 13.1 ppg. I haven't watched many Hawks games, but if a Lebron-less team can destroy the Warriors, I imagine that the Hawks might put up a fight more than we think.
Bay area sightings in ATL:
Former Warrior Speedy Claxton! An(other) injury plagued season has slowed him down though and he is out for a few more games.
Stanford Alum Josh Childress. One of the better rebounding two guards in the league, Childress has been a steady and invaluable role player. Can we say that about any other Stanford player to have ever played in the NBA?
Vegas Odds: Hawks by 1 (as of 9:06am PST)
Predictions:
- Warriors by 1
- Warriors play some shut down defense and keep Tyrone Lue to one take down
- Shelden Williams has a breakout game and goes for 17 and 12 against the Warriors donut-like defense: empty middle.
