Reminder: GSoM Night - Friday, March 23 vs the Wizards

I'm just writing to remind you about GSoM Night and to get you all out to The Oracle Arena on Friday, March 23rd as the Warriors face the Washington Wizards. Hopefully this time it will be without the refs in Washington or perhaps the refs will give us the home court calls. Either way, it's going to be an awesome night with me, Atma Brother #1, YaoButtaMing, Hash, and all of you there. We've got an entire section for you guys so we'll definitely be the loudest ones in there. It'll be a lot of fun to get together with real passionate Warriors fans and watch the game with all your friends here in the community. Even if you just casually browse the site or leave lots of comments, I want to see you all at the game. Join us for what will be a great time out.

We got a great deal on tickets from the Warriors' group ticket sales office as they knocked $15 off of a $35 ticket. So each ticket you purchase is just $20. If GSoM gets to 75 tickets sold, the Warriors will let us down courtside during warmups. Normally you need to buy the $60+ lower bowl tickets to do that, but they're letting us do it for free. I figured there are at least 75 readers here who can help us make that happen. If you already have tickets to the game, you can always sell yours and then buy these. You'll probably make a profit. If you don't want to do that, make sure to drop by Section 206. So get on the phone, send an email, or print and mail the ticket purchase sheet. Update: This morning, I just heard from Chris Murphy, the ticket sales rep, and only 26 tickets have been sold. 6 of those tickets I bought and racsan said he's bought 8. So only 12 other people have bought tickets? I know some of you are far away, but I also know there are a ton of local folks. Remember, GSoM night is for everyone, not just GSoM members so feel free to bring along your friends, girlfriend/boyfriend, coworkers, whoever. It's going to be a great time out.
